I had a C-section with my second birth, as my daughter was in a breech position. Giving birth to my third child was one of the most triumphant moments of my life. The labor was long, the emotion was real, and when he was born, my faith in my body was restored! I have since given birth to my fourth and fifth babies, both of whom were large boys over nine pounds each. Each vaginal birth has helped to heal my body and mind from the assault of being sectioned.
