Chris Hill was one of the first speakers at GOE III But his speech was not a part of my DVR recording of the rally because C-span announced that it would run at 10:30AM on sunday September 16th, 2007 and they actually started it a few minutes before by tacking some of our speakers on to the end of the Anti War Rally.
Here is Chris’s amazing and powerful speech. I felt goosebumps down my back when I listened to him.
