2 Cups FG (Fresh Ground) Whole Red Wheat
2 tsp (FG) Brown Flax
1/2 tsp Whole (FG) Fennel
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
3 tsp brown sugar
1 cup milk
4 eggs (seperate the whites from the yolks)
1/4 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
