“This morning on The Dennis Miller Show, Guest host Andrew Breitbart interviewed Steven M. Mosher, a frequent contributor to the web site ClimateAudit.org…  

 

 

 

…At the end of the ten minute interview, in-studio guest Adam Baldwin asked Mr. Mosher the final question:

 

“I think one of the big, missing stories here is how the scientific publishing mechanism is corrupted.  I mean, I think of “Global Warming” as kind of a religion, and what you see in the mails is how they construct the canon, of how they corrupt the journal publishing, to get the papers published what they WANT published, with the reviewers that they want reviewing it and the papers they don’t want published, they keep out.”

 

What is the last, remaining argument the Global Warming cultists have? 

 

“There are no peer reviewed studies!” 

 

In this one, succinct statement, Mr. Mosher connects the Climate-gate e-mails with a silver bullet to the heart of this argument.  Why are there no peer reviewed studies?  Because the “Peers” are silencing dissent through intimidation and bullying.  It is the way the left has been trying to move their agenda forward for years.

 

Against ebryonic stem cell research?  “You are anti-science!”

 

Against Same-sex Marriage?  “You hate gay people!”

 

Against partial-birth abortion?  “You hate women!”

 

In favor of keeping terrorists in Gitmo?  “You are a torturer!”

 

And, in the words of Congressmen, Senators and even a former President:

 

Against Obamacare?  “Racist!””

 

I will add just a note to this excellent post – The same is true in Childbirth.  The medicos want all of the power, money, glory, fame, esteem, and NO OUTSIDE COMPETITION!!!

 

They fudge studies, write fake articles on that junk science, influence the making of tv shows/movies, send screaming headlines out to the press, and then sit back and enjoy a delicious income and lifestyle on the wombs of the Mothers of America while the midwives and/or anyone who helps to teach families about normal birth are mocked,  libelled, and run out of town (Or worse), and anyone who dares to step out of the groupthink of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists is defunded and/or has their center shut down.  

 

So, what are we the people supposed to do about all this deception and fraud staring us in the face?

 

Keep talking!  Keep Writing!  Keep Speaking out.  Natan Sharansky said that the only true test to know if a society was a democracy or not was to hold it up to the town square test.  If anyone in a community is able to go out into the town square and say whatever they want without any fear of being shot, imprisoned, or shut up, you know that a free society is thriving!

 

So, if those of us who write and speak on certain topics are intimidated, threatened, have careers ruined, and/or are being shut out of the debate, know for certain that tyranny is rearing its ugly head.  Freedom is the answer, especially freedom of speech.  Whistleblowers also need to know that they will be protected from harm when and if they speak out.
