Cathy and Witch Doctoring

Witch Doctor Medicine

Catherine Seipp’s daughter is starting college. After some motherly advice, Seipp observes that when it comes to life-saving medicine and vaccines, the far Right boasts as big a nut bowl as the far Left.
“One of the first things I had my 17-year-old daughter do when she began college this fall was make an appointment to get the new anti-HPV (for “Human Papillomavirus”) vaccine at the university’s student health center. HPV is the sexually transmitted virus that can cause cervical cancer, and the new vaccine (which in my view should only be celebrated, as should all medical progress) has been attacked by religious fanatics almost as soon as it was introduced. ‘Why, this will only encourage young girls to have sex!’ Or so that kind of thinking goes — if you can even call it “thinking.””
I have spent the past few hours participating on the comment section debate on this post. Here are my comments: (Scroll down the article to get the rest of the conversation…)

I participated on Cathy’s Blog after she wrote a piece on witchdoctor medicine for NRO. What struck me as I chatted with the regulars on her Blog was that several of the parents participating mentioned they had a child who was autistic, yet were so confident that the vaccines didn’t have anything to do with it, they became extremely angry at me when I suggested and shared links proving that plenty of conservative parents have major issues with vaccines.
What I did not get then, and still don’t, is why Cathy and the rude people who post on her blog felt the need to use derogatory language against those of us who live the Natural Lifestyle. I was called a Droopy Milky Ghost (with loud applause from Cathy) for mentioning that I nursed most of my five children for three years, and was generally dissed and put down for defending my lifestyle and being a home birthing, anti-vaccine, natural mother.
If Cathy feels comfortable shoving a toxic vaccine on her daughter, all power to her. But as a non-vaccinating parent who is very skeptical of the Medical Profession (Bad drug interactions do cause the deaths of tens of thousands of people in America every year), especially when it comes to birthing and raising children, I would like to challenge Cathy to accept a more tolerant view of those of us who are living this lifestyle.
Only an Allopathic system could get millions of women in America to eat Horse Pee and make them think it was actually doing them some good. Premarin, which stands for “Pregnant Mare Urine” is a drug that has been, and still is, encapsulated horse pee touted for its hormonal benefits.
Sorry, if anything sounds like witch doctor medicine, it is the horse pee. I’ll stick with my nutrients, herbs, oils, and Chiropractor for wellness care.

Tom,
You Said:
“Why shouldn’t you be made fun of?”
I’ve been made fun of and laughed at for most of my adult life for the lifestyle choices I have made in regards to my family.
I can take it.
It is easy to dismiss and belittle what is perceived as “non-conformist”. What is more difficult is to truly educate yourself and then proactively live the Laws of Health. They are eternal laws that are just as relevant in our world as the 10 commandments.
Wether someone chooses to live by those laws or not is irrelevant to this discussion. The fact is that breakage of those Health Laws will result in consequences just as predictable as the consequences that result from not keeping the commandments.
The evidence that we in the west are breaking those laws of health are increasingly evident in the youngest members of our society.
Why do you think the autism rate is skyrocketing and children are melting down in dissociative and agressive behaviors?
Have you ever lived with an autistic child?
I personally know several families living this nightmare, and a recent documentary shares testimony such as “I wanted to drive my car over a cliff rather than live one more day of this autistic nightmare.”
When I tried to share links, quotes, and engage in debate on Cathy’s blog, I was met with sarcasm, disbelief, and name calling.
Here is a link to that conversation,
so curious Pajamas readers can see for themselves how that debate on witchdoctor medicine payed out.
And here is my blog response to the discussion:
I’m not afraid of being called any number of derogatory names, but if someone is going to stereotype my lifestyle as a form of witchcraft, and call me a negligent and ingnorant parent, I am going to respond and attempt to defend my choices and the choices of parents like me.

Michael,

“While there is significant evidence that breastfeeding is the best way to bolster an infants immune system (the mechanism of passive resistance via the breast milk is well modeled and understood) to forgo modern medicine completely is grossly negligent and invites disaster on your children for the sake of your ideology.”
Just curious what disaster I’m inviting on my children.
They are all healthy, normal, and quite nice. From the feedback I get from teachers at school, scout leaders, friends at church, and neighbors, my children are kind, smart people who love to have fun and are friendly to other children.
Disasters of health, as mentioned above, come from ignoring the Laws of Health.
When a mother decides to feed her child dried cow snot, heats it up in a microwave, and then confidently feeds it to her child, some consequences, often unintended, but sometimes deadly, are the result.
How about if we make a deal….I’ll be willing for parents to be prosecuted for medical neglect for not vaccinating, if in the same law we include that mothers who choose not to breastfeed will also be prosecuted for crimes against humanity. Sound fair?
The repercussions of ill health and disease that results from parents not feeding their little ones human milk thunder into society like an earthquake, with taxpayers picking up much of that tab in terms of WIC feeding programs, Medicare bills, Education for children who are mentally challenged, and ultimately, Lonely souls who have never bonded with anyone – which is difficult to quantify economically, but still has an impact on our society.
Until parents are willing to make the sacrifices that come with breastfeeding long term at a much higher percentage, I will persist in believing that our Marvelous Medical System is so much smoke and mirrors.
Imagine if doctors took on the task of pestering women to breastfeed the way they bully them into vaccinating!
But dangit, nobody makes any money off of that~!

Tom,

“Are the anti-hpv vacine people aware of the terrible moral scourge in our midst called penicillin? Are they doing anything about it? Are they opposed to anti-aids research? Can they imagine (probably not) what all them crazy homos will be doing when there’s an effective aids vaccine?”
I am very much a live and let live person. I completely support Cathys choice to vaccinate her daugher, and I support any parent who chooses to vaccinate a teenage girl for whatever reason.
Where I have issues with the whole vaccine scene in particular, and the Medical world collectively, is the force and compulsion that is increasingly playing out in our society.
When you have
doctors forcing Chemo,

Mothers being accused of kidnapping their own kids and being put in jail for it just because she does not agree with her doctors diagnosis

and
Fathers being blamed for a wifes psychosis, while the real culprits walk….
then I believe it is HEALTHY to have some honest debate about where we are headed with our “better living through chemistry”.
You have just outlined some of the unintended consequences from antibiotic use. And I would suggest that for every drug and surgical procedure that is performed in our hospitals, often the unintended result is a disaster, which if the patient had been fully aware of, they never would have agreed to take the drug or have the surgery.
The doctors have an old saying…”the surgery was a success, but the patient died”. This is meant as an ironic joke, but when you are the loved one of the person who has died or been permanently maimed…..it’s not quite so funny.
I am all for individuals having the FREEDOM to choose for themselves what they will do with their own bodies. For parents, who must make health care decisions for and in behalf of their children, I believe we should have the right and the privledge to say yes or no to ANY medical procedure or drug, no matter what the doctors and the pharma companies, who have such a vested financial interest, say.
After countless hours of research, my husband and I have chosen to mostly say NO to Modern Medicine. If others feel comfortable saying yes, all power to them.
That being said, I believe taxpayers should have full disclosure to know how tax money is being spent on Medical Care. We have a sickness society, where most of the money is being spent on disease. I would love to see us move to a more proactive wellness society – and that means we must start in the womb, before a child is even conceived, teaching mothers how to build healthy children with good nutrition and then gently birthing and nursing them.
Until we get to the point where these are the priorities, we will never achieve the type of societal health we all seem to be looking for.
I can promise you, it will never be found in a vaccine or a pill full of chemicals.

I would LOVE to see much more of this type of debate at Pajamas. It is so healthy to have a chance to discuss these health care issues, rather than just pretending “American Health Care has never been better!” Or as Cathy said: “the new vaccine (which in my view should only be celebrated, as should all medical progress)”
Celebrated? With the current dismal track record of big pharma, this new “medical progress” should be treated with the utmost skepticism and fear.
Before we get socialized with universal health care, I think we need to decide if the Allopathic model is what we truly want everyone to have access to.

UPDATE: October 7th, 2006
You know? Occasionally I surf the web just to see where my articles and name comes up on various blogs and family web sites. The other night I was surfing and I found that I was a major subject of comment on Cathy Seips Blog a few days ago.
Here is the Link
You have to click into the comment section in order to get the full monty in terms of discussions about me and my lifestyle.
After I read all this, I truly had tears running down my face I was laughing so hard. I just had to chime in. I have completely forgiven Donna B. for calling me a droopy milky ghost. If she finds something I wrote funny, something that I intended to be funny….funny…well, she is my buddy.
I was thinking this morning that Cathy was probably paid $850,000.00 by Merck to write that Witch Doctor medicine piece touting the benefits of the new vaccine.
Were you Cath??? You have written before about the need for Corporate shills to come clean about connections before they write….I was just wondering if the temptation to shill became too much.
Here are some more comments from Cathy’s Blog….it is obvious she and her fellow travelers on that Blog have a similar allegiance to The Church of Modern Medicine and look at those of us who have apostatized from it as little more than cretins, so her recent plug for Mercks new vaccine probably was legit…but I still have to wonder.
Here are some more fun Comments from Cathy’s Blog regarding the War between Medicine and Natural Family Living:

Math Follies

Parents Are Right; Math Experts Are Wrong
Phyllis Schlafly whacks the educrats on Math Curriculum, Test Scores, and the CULT of the Expert.
“It took parents 17 years to overturn the tragic 1989 curriculum mistake made by the so-called education experts who demanded that schools abandon traditional mathematics in favor of unproven approaches. The National Council of Teachers of Mathematics finally reversed course on September 12 and admitted that elementary schools really should teach arithmetic, after all.”
Read the Whole Piece!
During the five years we home schooled I had plenty of people question my ability to teach my own. Especially Math.
I spent many, many hours researching education issues, and read dozens of books.
My all time favorites were:
1. Inside American Education by Thomas Sowell
2. Why Johnny Can’t Read by Rudolph Flesch (Which the Educrats banned and I wrote an article about titled Birthin’ and Readin’)
3. Nea: Trojan Horse in American Education by Sam Blumenfeld
After doing this research while my children were babies, we decided that we would never send our children to public school.
When I gave birth to my fourth, a new charter school opened up teaching the Core Knowledge Series of Curriculum. They used the Open Court Phonics curriculum, which is one of the best phonics programs on the market and the Saxon Math Curriculum
We enrolled our oldest daughter in this excellent program in 2nd grade, and for four years she thrived. Then we pulled all of the children out of school for a couple of years and did three intense years of home school.
I was highly influenced by the writings of Dr. Arthur Robinson during these years and patterned our home school after his. As a single father, he had limited time and many children to teach, and his essays found at his web site really helped me feel like I could do home school well and be effective by focusing on the basics.
When Benjamin was a newborn in 2003, I was really struggling with my life. We decided to open enroll the children into the Peak to Peak charter school for the 2003 school year. Our oldest daughters started in the fall of 2003, and the boys made it in by lottery in the fall of 2004.
This charter is the school for us! It has been such a blessing not to have to home school and to feel somwhat safe with the teachers, staff, and fellow students at this public school. I won’t say that I will ever feel completely comfortable with Public Education, but for our family, this is what is working for now.
Benjamin will start at Peak to Peak in two years, and for the next 24 months I plan to systematically teach him math facts and phonics. We actually started last week.
I pulled out my favorite Reading Curriculum written by Sam Blumenfeld, Alphaphonics and purchased Ben book one of the Saxon Series.
Benjamin%20with%20his%20Text%20Books.jpg
We will spend a few minutes each day working with these texts for the next couple years, and hopefully by the time he enters Kindergarten, he will be reading for pleasure, and ready to conquer the Core Knowledge Curriculum at the school.
If you are a parent serious about education and would like the best for your own child, please take a few hours to read John Taylor Gattos book Dumbing us Down. It will give you all the motivation you need to never send your kids to public school, or encourage you to pull them out to make sure they are taught to read properly and think logically before you send them back.
Because it will take some time to shift the focus away from fuzzy math and reading, I would encourage all mothers and father to teach their own to read and learn basic Math Facts! And then take the time to educate yourself and go fight in your community for schools and curriculums which will best serve your child.

DREAM: Dream, dream, dream

Side%20View%20of%20Pink%20Rose.jpg
Last night I had a dream. It was yet another dream of terrorism in America.
I never know when I have these sorts of dreams if they are true dreams or not. I wonder if they could just be the power of suggestion from reading about potential terror, or if they are just residual things I am working through after watching a couple of 9-11 movies. I watched The Path to 9-11 and over the weekend I watched Flight 93 for the first time. Both movies were very emotional for me to watch. I started to cry whenever I saw mothers with babies and realized those Fathers weren’t coming home.
Paul travels every once in a while, and while I have never been afraid of him traveling before, watching the movie this weekend really did force me to consider the idea that it could have been me telling my kids that Dad was not coming home after 9-11.
The sorts of dreams I have had in the past were always of my children crying because they were hungry and in the dream I was frantically searching for food to feed them. My most vivid dreams came during my pregnancies. Dreams of birth, death, fear, working through whatever issues we were having in our marriage, etc.etc…
I always knew I had dreamed a true dream if it came true. But this has only happened a handful of times, and most of those dreams I had in a near waking state. I would usually have them right before I fell asleep, and they generally were either warning dreams or dreams that let me know certain things about my children ie…what gender they would be, or flashes about the type of life they would live or the sort of books they wanted me to read while I was pregnant or the type of food I should eat that would serve them best while in the womb.
Last night I had another vivid dream. I’m thinking that it was the power of suggestion because I read a WND article that talked about New York and Washington DC being hit by bombs. In the dream I was living in an apartment that was several stories high. My children were all at home, but Paul was not in the dream. We were laughing and having a good day. We went outside to play and at one point I turned around and looked and saw these two huge plumes of smoke. They were not mushroom clouds, but the smoke was black and very dense. I knew that I was looking at New York and Washington DC going up in smoke and I yelled to the children to run inside.
The rest of the dream was me looking for water. Trying to find clean water. Everyone was looking for water, and every time we thought we had found it, we were frustrated and overwhelmed because it was not to be found.
That was pretty much the end of the dream.
Today at church a lady in our ward brought some information about these water bottles that you could purchase which would cleanse over 200 gallons of water and were very portable.
Connection? Probably not. I don’t spend alot of time analyzing my dreams, and even when they do come true, it’s not like I freak out and am all amazed or anything. My response generally is more of the “well, isn’t that cool?” reaction than anything else.
Do I think I dreamed a true dream? I don’t know. That is always one of those things where I just say to myself….whatever.
Glorious%20Sunset%20%234.jpg
Why share this in the preparedness catagory? I guess the message I would like to convey to anyone reading this is that over the years I have had many dreams around the preparedness and terrorism topics. My dreams have motivated me almost as much as my scripture reading to put in a supply of water, food, and emergency kits and keep plugging away at these efforts.
I think it would be a mistake to ignore dreams, but I also believe some caution should be in play when considering the realities of the dreams.
Is it wise and prudent to prepare for terrorism and any natural disaster in our modern american society? Sure. It doesn’t mean you are a dupe or ignorant or a fear monger.
Can you take preparedness efforts too far? Yes, I believe you can become so consumed with what is going to happen in the “future” that you forget to live in the moment.
For us, adopting this lifestyle has meant carving out a few days a year where we focus on food storage and provident living. We re-do the kits once a year, we change the water in the water barrels, we update the info in our important documents container, and we purchase, can or bottle some food.
The message may be conveyed that because I am often cooking and blogging about natural foods and preparedness that I am always focused on these topics and have no time for anyone or anything else in my life.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
I spend the vast majority of my free time reading, practicing music, and writing in my journal. Not this online journal, but a private journal that I also use for scrapbooking photos of my kids.
Sometimes I will do a rough draft in my journal of a blog entry I have been mulling over for a time, but mostly I write to share my thoughts and feelings with anyone who may chance upon my journal in the future. Perhaps a great grandchild who is curious to know how grandma Jenny lived her life, or a student interested in researching about life in the beginning of the new millennium.
I enjoy cooking and sharing what I know about preparedness but I love lots of things, people and topics. Even though I dont’ write about everything I am interested in on this blog, please don’t think that all I care about is survival.
Ultimately, the issue of wether we “survive” or not is not all that important.
I have a friend who told me about a dream another women had when she was trying to heal from an assault. In the dream the woman saw herself behind bars. She was standing and it looked as if she was in prison. Then slowly she started to change the view of what she was seeing, it was as if a video camera was gradually backing away from her in prison and as she watched, she realized that the bars were simply something she was holding in her hand. Being in prison was all an illusion.
The fact is: Some bigoted people exist on this planet who hate America and Americans so much that they spend most of their waking hours thinking about ways to kill us.
My response to that is…..So What? Who cares if some pathetic people in our world have joined the ranks of those crusaders and criminals who over the ages have attempted to wipe out whole nations simply because of ethnicity, religion, skin color, or location.
Sure, it is something to be concerned about, and it is a little scary. But does it mean we have to change even one thing about our lives? Or put ourselves in prison? Emotional prison? Spiritual Prison? Bottled up and paralyzed, depressed and overwhelmed by these realities?
Nope.
What we need to do and what I have chosen to do is to live a joyful purposeful life. To cut all people out of my life who cause emotional drainage. To surround myself with those who also have accepted the realities of our world, and choose to live happy despite the fear.
I was talking to a woman at the park who was going on and on about Global Warming. She was really questioning her choice to bring two children into the world knowing that they would have to deal with it. I sensed some real fear pulsing from her. I shared with her my view that things have never been so great in our world, especially for women, and that we are blessed and lucky to have the opportunities for growth, knowledge, increase of talents, and education. Opportunities that our ancestors could only dream about. She was really surprised to hear what I said.
I felt grateful to have the chance to testify to her my belief that God is real (she told me she was an atheist), and I have spent the past few days thinking about our conversation. I think the reason we Mormons LOVE and reverence our Prophet is simply because he is such an optimistic, hilarious person. I love to hear him speak and I feel so grateful that he is the Man on the earth who is God’s spokesperson. I believe Heavenly Father has a great sense of humor, and I believe President Hinckley is the perfect choice for this hour of fear in our world.
I can’t wait to listen to General Conference this weekend and bask in the love, the optimism, the glow of the faith of the LDS people. It is in the music, the words, the feelings, and the peace conveyed by those who lead Heavenly Fathers Kingdom on the earth. I would challenge anyone reading this to give Conference a try. If you would like to have your battery recharged, if you would like to hear the messages that God is inspiring good honest men and women to share with the world, tune in on saturday and sunday and be surprised at the level of goodness and spirit that is available to anyone who honestly has a desire to open up their heart to the love of the Savior.
Satan and satanic people have no sense of humor. No charity, no love, no hope, no faith. It is just one hopeless frantic existence for those who carefully ignore the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Up%20Close%20shot%20of%20pink%20roses.jpg
I don’t judge these people. I understand that we all have experiences in life that cause us to lose the faith we were born with. I realize that many have experienced trauma and have had beliefs and ideas shoved into their unsuspecting brains that robbed them of faith and hope.
However, just because some in our world have lost the faith and choose to live hopeless and devoid of life force does not mean that I or anyone like me must march lockstep with those who are in bondage to fear. Choosing life does not make me naive, or a simpleton, or mean that I am living in a dream world unaccepting of the harsh realities all around.
Ben%2C%20Jeff%2C%20and%20Andy%20at%20the%20Arvada%20Center%20Park.jpg
I went to the Womens Conference last night at the stake center. I laughed so hard when the prophet dissed wheat and beans. If you have the time, go ahead and listen to the whole conference, it is so good!
I must confess when President Hinckley told the story of the young single mother of seven who in a moment of weakness and overwhelm asked if she could come home, (just for a night, and then she promised to come back the next day) I started to cry. I have prayed that prayer several times in my life. Begging Heavenly Father if I could come home to be with him. Please, please, please….let me come home!~ In the story Pres. H. said that the spirit whispered to this mother, “no, you cannot come to me at this time, if you were to come home, you would not want to go back, but I can come to you and help you and lift your burdens”.
The thing is, while I have had many dreams about preparedness and have felt some fear. I have also had many dreams and promptings about music, happy living, playing at the park with my children, watching my kids participate in sports, and worshipping God unmolested by anyone in our society.
Do these dreams fit together?
I believe they do. I believe that we can all find the balance between feeling motivated enough to prepare and live providently that we actually do something proactive to help ourselves and others. And I also believe strongly that we were sent to this planet to live joyful, purposeful lives, filled with happiness and contentment.
So, where is the balance?
I guess each person needs to find the balance that feels right to them. For me, after a month or so of very hard work teaching classes, bottling food, going to the cannery, and organizing our 72 hour kit for the umpteenth time, I am ready to relax a little on these efforts, quietly do my calling, and just focus on the things that bring joy, peace, happiness, and love into my heart.
Is that bad? Doesn’t Heavenly Father WANT us to be focused 24/7 on preparedness and reading our scriptures and praying and being in tune to protect ourselves??? No, I don’t think he does. In the end it doesn’t really matter if we are here on the earth or up in Heaven with him. How we happen to die is also NOT important. What is crucial is to learn to live after the manner of Happiness. To breathe, to enjoy the sunshine, to revel in the fall colors, a baby laughing, a toddler mastering yet another skill, a 10 year old memorizing a scripture, or a 12 year old passing the sacrament for the first time.
He wants us to live the abundant life. However that manifests in our hearts and our day to day lives is pretty much up to us. Jesus atoned for us to give us Freedom. How we choose to use that Freedom is the test of life.
Jeff%20rock%20climbing%20%282%29.jpg
I choose life! I choose babies! I choose gardens, flowers, herbs, and oils! I choose music! I choose rainbows and sunsets and mountains and a little puppy who makes me laugh because he is so excited to go outside he can hardly contain the pleasure of me giving him a few minutes of my life.
Sammy%20with%20Ben.jpg
I choose a little three year old boy who has a hundred questions a day. Every day, “Mom, can I ask you a question?” Yes, it is true, sometimes it is annoying as all get out. Some days my patience is not what it should be, and I tell him to go watch something on Noggin, but when he snuggles in at the end of the day for nursey, prayers, and a lullaby, he and I both know all is right with the world.
I need to go to bed, but I wanted to share these thoughts while I was still thinking them, and while I had a chance to type.
Love,
Jenny

Broken Beyond Repair???

FDA Told U.S. Drug System Is Broken
“The federal system for approving and regulating drugs is in serious disrepair, and a host of dramatic changes are needed to fix the problem, a blue-ribbon panel of government advisers concluded yesterday in a long-awaited report.”
Who has the will to reform something so big, so wealthy, so powerful, and so deadly?
Politicians? Lobbyists? Busy stay at home Mothers?
“Much of the institute’s report focused on a central gap in drug regulation: While the FDA demands strict data on efficacy and safety from clinical trials before approving a new drug, less attention is paid after the drug reaches the market.
A safety problem that occurs once in every thousand patients, for example, would be unlikely to show up in clinical studies of a few hundred people, but it could result in thousands of serious side effects once the drug is approved and being taken by millions. The current system for monitoring adverse effects is nowhere near as systematic as the evidence collected before approval, the report said.
Besides, said R. Alta Charo, a panel member and bioethicist at the University of Wisconsin at Madison, patients who participate in drug trials are carefully selected, and hardly typical of patients in the real world who usually suffer from more complex problems.
“A drug tested in a few hundred or thousand people is very different when used by millions, especially over long periods of time and in conjunction with other supplements,” she said.”
The pattern of the drug companies has been to wait until Congress acts, or the risk/benefit ratio is too far on one side, and then they will pull a drug off the market, while introducing the “bigger, better, faster” drug right as the old drug has worn out its welcome with the public.
Remember it was Eli Lilly who gave us LSD, which only was pulled from the market after an act of congress and still continues to wreak havoc on the lives of those addicted to it. It is a little known fact that Prozac is a chemical cousin to LSD, and also produced by Lilly, it has ruined the lives of many people. The most tragic of which are those who are now dead, disabled, in jail, or who have lost custody of children or had beloved spouses walk when homelife became too crazy.
I took Prozac for several months and experienced a whirlwind of toxic side effects.
Here is a final quote from the article in the Post
“The report represents a watershed moment after two years of controversy over the safety of such widely used drugs as pain relievers and antidepressants.”
May the lies, conspiracies, and evil be exposed, and may the American people pull free from the web of enslavement that has wrapped its ugly, toxic tentacles around our bodies and minds.
I propose that we dump the FDA, legalize all drugs, make it so no one has to have a prescription for anything, stop all Government funding of health care, and let the American People sort it out for themselves. Let each consumer pay each type of doctor out of pocket for the services they are interested in using. Only then will the playing field be leveled to a place where all forms of healing are living by Free Market Principles.
Drugs have saved my life numerous times. I keep an Epi pen with me at all times as I have deadly food and chemical allergies. Several times when I have gone into anaphylactic shock, it was the drug that saved my life.
I am NOT Anti-Drug. In an emergency situation, I can see and I have experienced the miracles that have kept me alive when my airway shut down. That being said, I would like all of the fraud to be exposed and the drug companies to have to compete in the marketplace of ideas as one of many healing modalities available in our society to help nurture and heal a sickly person.
