Some in the media claim that only 70,000 people showed up at the 9-12 march on washington. Some have estimated 1.7 MILLION people came to washington. This poster published by Freedom Works tells the story…
My question is, do those of us who could not attend the DC March on Washington and organized local rallies get to be counted in the national numbers?

We had two events in Denver that day, (I organized the evening teaparty) and the media agreed that thousands attended. We also had numerous other events around the state particularly in Castle Rock and Fort Collins.
So the question truly should be, How many people in America attended Teaparties and Constitution rallies on 9-12 around the whole country? Was it in the millions? I believe it was. And I know for a fact that hundreds of local Coloradans wanted to attend the event I organized but were busy with family responsibilities that day.

This is just the beginning of the conservative movement…
