Last week I tried to Skype in to an Essential Oils class that my friend Aisha was teaching in Saudi Arabia. The connection to the class was hit or miss and I felt terrible that I could not share my thirty minute lecture. We talked it over and decided that I would make a series of backup lectures for her to refer to as she teaches future classes, so here are those lectures!
