Here are two video clips demonstrating the contents of my own personal 72 Kit backpack and one of my childrens food kits. These materials are designed to help motivate others to prepare with emergency supplies to be prepared to evacuate their homes.

In this video I share the contents of my own backpack, with an emphasis on infant care, which is always the number one needed supplies during any emergency.


In this clip I go through the contents of one of my sons Food Kits. Each person in our family has one of these lunch kits that contains enough food to last for 72 hours. Three days is generally the amount of time that it takes for emergency services to arrive after an emergency. The point of this kit is to provide a bridge from the emergency to the time when help arrives. I purchased all of the food for our kits at Wal Mart.
