Recipe:
4 Cups Whole Spelt (Fresh Ground)
*This makes about six cups of flour
1 1/2 C Powdered Milk
3 C Water (Mix the milk powder into the water)
1 C Olive Oil
4 Eggs
1 C Agave Nectar
1 Tablespoon Yeast
1 Tablespoon Sea Salt
3 C White Flour
Mix all ingredients together
Let rise for an hour and then punch in down
Shape into cinnamon rolls with one stick of softened butter slathered on it
Mix 3 tablespoons of Cinnamon with 1 cup of Sugar
Sprinkle on the dough
Roll and cut into Cinnamon roll shape
Bake at 350 for thirty minutes
