In one big blast I finished Talias book today. I have to admit that it did help me understand her position much more clearly. And I have to give a shoutout to her for the ending. As the book closed down she finished with a call for love. And I found myself nodding in agreement with a few of her ideas. This paragraph in particular resonated…

Apple Cinnamon Muffins @JennyHatch

Recipe for Six Muffins

1 1/4 C Kamut Flour

1/2 C White Sugar

1 Apple diced

1 egg

1/4 C Milk

1/4 C Olive Oil

1/4 tsp each of Salt, Baking Soda, and Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Mix dry ingredients, add wet, gently mix, throw in half the diced apple.

Fill six muffin tins with paper liners, then add small scoop of dough.

Sprinkle other half of diced apples with 1 T sugar and pie spice.

Put a T of apple mix in the middle of your muffin, then add another scoop of dough to the top.

Sprinkle final bit of sugar and apple mix on top of the muffin

Bake 350 for 23 minutes!
