Paul Hatch and Jenny Tripp Engagement Photo 1988

Twenty Years after our wedding day on March 5th, 1988 we took our five children on a trip to St. George Utah and had a chance to visit the temple again.  I am so grateful for our marriage beginning in the temple.  The covenants made in that beautiful and sacred building have served as a rock solid foundation for Paul and I as we have weathered the storms of life together.

Pauls sister Anne and her husband Steven adopted two teens from the Ukraine, and we all gathered at the temple for the Sealing in November of 2008.  We had a wonderful time in Utah, perfect Thanksgiving weather, then were caught in a blizzard up on I-70 on the way home to Colorado.  Here are the photos from that trip set to one of my favorite hymns, How Firm A Foundation:
