Great, more fear mongering about mothers nutrition and obesity. If you don’t want to have obese kids, BREASTFEED!!! And don’t take anti-depressants while you are pregnant and nursing and don’t give your kids anti-depressants.
Eat the Brewer diet to create a healthy baby, and gain your 35 pounds of normal pregnancy weight to build your blood supply, a healthy placenta and a full term beautiful baby!

PS while the article did have this caveat at the end…

The fact is that with the headline, and the text of the main body of the article, this little noticed line will get lost in the overall message of the article.
