What continues to concern me is that no one is talking about the need for childbirth self sufficiency. This reality is going to hit the US rather hard. In 1918 most babies in America were still being born at home. The migration to the hospital did not begin in earnest until the thirties and forties. Healthy women are NOT going to want to give birth in the same place as a bunch of sickly people.
Emergency Childbirth and Natural Childbirth are the answer.
