The Path to 9/11–A Postmortem
As usual, Victor Davis Hansen nails the issues brought up by the movie, the Path to 911. Both nights I turned it on late and had multitudinous interuptions from my children while I tried to watch, but I was able to get the gist of the movie, and I think ABC did a good job, perhaps they did not go far enough in exposing the “clinton lobbed a bomb every time Monica was going to testify” line of thought, but Mr. Hansen has it right when he said the true test of this movie will be the terrorists response to it. When you have Bin Laden himself quoting Farenheit 9-11 in a fatwa movie on the internet, I think we can safely assume unfair propaganda is the way to a terrorists heart. <a
The BBC was a little angry about the movie, or at least the fact that they aired the movie without watching it first.
“A BBC spokesman said the organisation did not vet film-makers on their political or religious beliefs.”
Why would they have to? Everyone assumes that if a movie is coming out about a historical event that happened in America that it will most likely be liberal and bash republicans, re-write history, and not even bother to make sure the facts are straight.
I think the response from the BBC is the telling part. So if they knew it was going to be factual and put the blame where it belongs that THEY WOULD NOT HAVE AIRED IT??? That is what I infer from the article in the guardian.

Funny thing about this life. On the judgement day we won’t have Hollywood, the news, or a vast array of lawyers, pundits, professors, or writers to cover our lives. History as we know it is going to be completely exposed.
The 6000 years of this earth life are going to be laid bare for all to see, and the Master of the Universe, Our Heavenly Father, is going to judge us, not only for our deeds, but also for the intents of our hearts, and there will be no mistakes, no gaffs, no one paid off to rewrite the 70 or so years we all have on earth to make or break this probationary time. Legalism as we know it simply won’t exist. All of our lives will be out in the open for everyone to see, and our Father will judge perfectly, fairly, and justice will THEN be served.
I don’t know about you, but for me, that fact brings great comfort to my heart. That even when justice is completely frustrated and overwhelmed….in the end, it will happen and all of us will then get our just rewards. I would really urge Bill Clinton to take some personal responsibility for his pathetic existence and repent of his sins before he goes to meet his maker.
