Lotta talk today about the UN.

Joseph Klein at Frontpage Mag had a piece outlining the need for truth and a “restoration” of the founding principles of the UN.
I’m curious to know what founding principles he is referring to:
“Alger Hiss wasn’t merely a middle-level bureaucrat who turned over classified documents to the Soviet espionage network. He was the number-two man in Franklin D. Roosevelt’s State Department and a key player in our foreign policy and relations with the Soviet Union.
Hiss was the principal author of the United Nations Charter, which was drafted at the Dumbarton Oaks Conference. Hiss presided as the UN’s first Secretary General at the San Francisco Conference in April 1945, where we learned that a secret agreement had been made at the Yalta Conference the preceding February, giving the Soviet Union three votes in the UN, while every other nation has only one.”
The Alger Hiss Fallout on Politics
Klein said at the end of his piece:
“What counts in the end is whether Ban Ki-Moon or any other serious candidate for Secretary General has the backbone to speak truth to power, denounce the Islamic-fascists who export terror all around the world and firmly distinguish between right and wrong. If it is not already too late to save the United Nations after the devastation of Kofi Annan’s squandered rule, the next Secretary General will have one last, scant chance to restore the UN to its founding principles.”
The UN’s Kofi
“Five people have already declared their candidacy, but it is possible that Mr Annan’s successor will not be among them. There is still time for others to throw their hats into the ring.”
They forgot one person who has had LONG ambitions to be UN secretary general:

The men who want Kofi Annan’s job
U.N. is back in the global spotlight
Wouldn’t it be great! Hillary as President of the US, and Bill as UN Secretary General. do, do, do, doooo You’ve just entered the twilight zone…..
Personally, I think we should find other uses for the UN building, perhaps a school to teach Capitalism to every Liberal in New York?
As for the UN Flag?
Hankie?

Doormat?

Rag to clean the floor with?

People, this bloated, sick, toxic, overwhelming, self-important institution needs to DIE!
Please, let’s just take the time and energy to cut off all of its funding and let the various religious and secular charities in our world take over humanitarian efforts. They are so much better at it anyway.
I like to stand on the UN flag when I go Freeping:

I wonder when we in the west are going to stop being snookered by the bloated bear-o-crats at the UN???
