“Those of us who work in and close to the world of talk radio –and there are thousands whose livelihoods depend upon it– know that Democrats wouldn’t hesitate to snuff out talk radio regardless of the damage done to the free flow of information or the loss of economic activity and jobs it would bring about. They’d much rather have the right silenced and ineffective in the face of the left wing media that dominates the television networks and major papers. Democrats also recognize that the failure of Air America underscores that there is no room for growth for left wing talk radio given the domination of that space by the left’s anchor network, NPR.

So I applaud N.Z. Bear for getting this site going as a place to see the latest news and commentary on the left’s attempt to get the Fairness Doctrine out of its much deserved grave. Democrats aren’t going to give up their effort to gag the center-right’s most effective medium to communicate with the public, but this site will help keep their collective bent towards censorship front and center before the voters.”
