With the intended close of Gitmo, President Obama has claimed he is against torture of Americas terrorist enemies. But I have a question for President Obama.
Is Abortion Torture?
Do our little children deserve as much consideration and thought as we have apparently given to those who terrorize the innocent and cause murder and mahem in our world? Or is American Political hypocrisy so great that we feel somehow morally superior to our enemies who cut off heads and feed children to their parents?
From Michael Yon:
“The official reported that on a couple of occasions in Baqubah, al Qaeda invited to lunch families they wanted to convert to their way of thinking. In each instance, the family had a boy, he said, who was about 11 years old. As LT David Wallach interpreted the man’s words, I saw Wallach go blank and silent. He stopped interpreting for a moment. I asked Wallach, “What did he say?” Wallach said that at these luncheons, the families were sat down to eat. And then their boy was brought in with his mouth stuffed. The boy had been baked. Al Qaeda served the boy to his family.”
Al Qaeda has terrorized citizens of Iraq in the most grusome ways imaginable, but I have to wonder if the high minded rhetoric of the Obama Administration about torture of political combatents has any credibility whatsoever given the most liberal posturing possible in our country regarding the liberalization of abortion laws.
Its all hypocrisy to me.
Here is the complete version of the movie The Silent Scream which blew the lid off the abortion industry when it was first released decades ago. I was lucky to watch it in a church setting when I was a young teen, so I never suffered from the moral ambiguity so many of my sisters in America seem to have struggled with when the subject of abortion was being discussed.

Obama ends abortion-related funding restrictions for aid groups
“WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama signed an executive order Friday that ends a prohibition on supplying federal family-planning funds and contraceptives to international aid groups that provide abortions, abortion referrals or abortion counseling.
Obama’s move came a day after the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the landmark abortion rights Supreme Court ruling of 1973, and an annual march in Washington to protest the decision.”
“…His lifting of the prohibition doesn’t open up federal funding for abortions, because a federal prohibition on foreign assistance for most abortions remains in place, said James Salt, the organizing director of Catholics United, which nonetheless opposed Obama’s lifting of the prohibition.”
Perhaps not, but it does send a message to the international community that American Taxpayers are willing to fork out dollars to control the fertility of the third world and that is a sort of American Imperialism that this passionate conservative finds objectionable.
I am much more comfortable with the American Imperialism that tends to set nations free to govern themselves rather than dictate how many children a couple may choose to have. It galls me that my tax dollars will be used to spread the cult of death into every nook and cranny of the globe.

Lime 5: Exploited by Choice
by Mark Crutcher
This is Mark Crutcher’s compelling 320–page expose’ of the American abortion industry. A unique and uncensored look at our nation’s most wrenching social issue, it is certain to become required reading for people on both sides of the issue as well as those caught in the middle. It fully documents that women are being sexually assaulted, mutilated, and killed inside perfectly legal abortion clinics in numbers that have never before been made public. It also shows how pro-choice organizations have used raw political power to fight off regulation of their industry. (Warning: This book contains graphic descriptions of sexual molestation in abortion clinics, and may not be suitable for young readers.)
In one of its most powerful chapters, it exposes a massive cover-up of abortion industry disasters being carried out by an agency of the U.S. government. Other subjects include: how the abortion industry is collapsing because of the toll abortions take on the people who perform them; the medical evidence of a connection between the rise in America’s abortion rate and a parallel rise in breast cancer, the barriers faced by abortion-injured women who seek compensation in the courts; and suggestions for solving these problems.
